I moved to Calvert County from Washington D.C.,  because I wanted to be close to the water.  We looked at a lot of waterfront and waterview properties, since then I have expanded my knowledge by taking classes that focus on waterfront, the critical area issues and other challenges that come along with waterfront properties.
